It's estimated that over 1/2 of all new cartridges get thrown away once
they are empty; the aftermarket imaging supplies industry is responsible
for reclaiming over 42,000 tons of empty toner cartridges each year that
would have otherwise been sent to landfills. Remanufacturing toner
cartridges helps save energy as well as reduces pollution and waste by
minimizing the amount of materials, such as plastic, steel, aluminum and
rubber disposed of in landfills. Our high-quality remanufactured
cartridges undergo a process that renders cartridges comparable in
performance, print quality and page yield to the original equipment
manufacturer. To insure performance, we require cartridges be
disassembled and inspected to determine any problem areas. Worn
components are replaced with new parts (including all seals & the
photoconductive drum); all sections are completely cleaned, and a fresh
supply of toner is added before the cartridge is resealed. |
